Welcome

This post is one to say welcome and to introduce the purpose of this blog and newsletter.

I will start by getting the easy one out of the way...

Welcome! I am glad you are here and really hope you enjoy following the journey we are going to go on.

There are a couple of reason this exists but by far the main one is to keep people up to date with my whereabouts. Over the coming years, my partner Holly and I plan to travel the world, both while working as digital nomads.

Another reason for using a blog and newsletter is that I have more recently become very interested in the topic of privacy and without going down a huge rabbit hole I will just say, I no longer want to use much social media. Especially any platform owned by a certain company that used to rhym with the word spacebook but recently changed it's name...

Long story short, if anyone wants to keep up to date with what I am doing then this is the place to be.

Now, all of the above being said, I haven't actually started travelling just yet. That begins on Saturday. So I don't actually have any pictures or stories to share just yet. So, for the time being, I will leave this picture here as a very, admittedly obvious, hint of where we are starting...
